There are no refunds unless we are unable to fulfill our obligations. In extenuating circumstances, to be determined solely by our head trainer, a partial refund might be granted if supporting evidence of circumstances is provided. Any refunds granted are subject to service fees.

Paws To Train Your Dog only has access to information that you voluntarily provide via email, or other direct contact from you, and will never sell or disclose any client information, including your email address. Your information will be used to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted Paws To Train Your Dog. Your information will not be shared with any third party outside of Paws To Train Your Dog other than as necessary to fulfill your requests.
