Know that dog evaluations and training lessons are inherently dangerous and that Paws To Train Your Dog, our trainers, and any assistants and participants, will do everything they can to ensure that no harm will come to you and your dog, but can make no guarantees; you agree to follow all rules & instructions given by your trainer and designated assistants; acknowledge that our trainers reserve the right to remove any dog or person if a danger or threat exists of any nature to any other animal or person involved; and agree that our trainers may use reasonable physical force to interrupt and stop inappropriate behaviors including aggression.
Be aware that your dog may come into direct contact with other animals and people and may be exposed to infectious diseases and you assume responsibility for such exposure. You hereby certify that your dog is in good health, has been fully vaccinated for canine distemper, adenovirus, parvo (DAP) and rabies, and you shall provide documentation of up-to-date vaccinations or vaccine antibody titer test.
You acknowledge and agree that no recording of any sort is allowed without the approval from our trainers and that any photos or video taken are the property of Paws To Train Your Dog and may be posted or published on websites, social media pages, or other media opportunities, at our sole discretion, without payment to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Paws To Train Your Dog, any employees, assistants, and participants from any and all liability or claims, including attorney's fees and claims of negligence, now or in the future, and agree to expressly assume all risks and be solely responsible, financially or otherwise.
This Agreement is binding upon you, your spouse, as well as your family members & friends, supersedes all prior discussions and agreements, and applies to all future sessions.
